Shipping vs. Slides

Most studios sell decks. We ship production software — the kind that has real users, real billing, and real 3am pages.

Every engagement starts with a six-week path to a working product, not a 60-page proposal. Here's why.

The proposal trap

A proposal is a promise about the future. The future has a strong preference for not matching your proposal. So we don't sell the future — we sell the first six weeks.

In six weeks, you can have:

  • A real schema, migrated.
  • A real backend, deployed.
  • A real frontend, on a real URL.
  • Real auth, real RBAC, real audit logs.

That's not a demo. That's a v0.1.

What we don't do

We don't write 60-page strategy decks before we've typed a single line of code. We don't wait three weeks for stakeholder alignment on a Figma file. We don't split backend and frontend into two teams that hand off tickets to each other.

We ship. Then we iterate. Then we ship again.
